Contract package for the complete installation of supply and return piping for chemical solutions and high-temperature hot water serving 16 industrial dyeing machine clusters at CNT3 Textile Plant. The system required absolute precision using Argon gas purge welding to guarantee zero slag and oxide accumulation on the internal pipe bore.
Scope & Technical Solutions
- Pipe diameters ranging from DN50 to DN300, made of imported SUS316L stainless steel meeting ASTM A312 standard.
- 100% welds executed by certified 6G welders, inspected via borescope endoscopy and hydrostatic pressure tested at 16 bar.
- High-elastic vibration-damping pipe hanger and support system compliant with MSS-SP-58.
